Who are the Weed Whackers? YOU!! The marvelous Timberline forests are being invaded by noxious weeds; English ivy is spreading, choking out beneficial plants and climbing the trees. Volunteers are needed to help whack down these weeds. We will cut the ivy vines climbing trees, tear off the lower parts and then create ivy-free rings around the tree trunks. Please join the Timberline Forest Stewards on Nov. 19, from 10-noon to start ripping ivy out of our common areas.
